#1 Flight attendant…

I've been working as a flight attendant for 15 years.

But what took me to be a product designer !?

As a flight attendant, we strive to achieve passengers' need and comforts in such a limited environment and condition.

In order to do so, it has to be easier for crew members to complete the tasks. I always think about our working flows, efficiency, priority and passengers' profiles. All these facts contribute to reduce the difficulties in tasks that might arise. Also, it provides a good teamwork and nice atmosphere among us.

I believe this will lead to the passengers' comfort and even contribute to their positive onboard experiences.

#2 Interest in Product design…

I always feel good when my colleagues appreciate how I've organised and I've been receiving many positive feedbacks.

I've been looking for something new to challenge myself in my life.

Then, I got to know the job about UX/UI design.

I've started to have an interest in it because of its process and thinking what might be able to solve the problems to meet people's struggle or even improve from one thing to another.

Digitalisation is what we are going to develop further, but unfortunately, we cannot avert our face look aside that at the same time there are groups of people who feel excluded or face difficulties in dealing with it on daily basis.

#3 Development and growth

I am very new to the digital product design. There are still many things to learn and absorb. I truly believe every piece of work and experience will make a big pie at the end. I would like to grow up as a designer who understands business goals and feel user needs and empathy with open-mindness to the feedback and reality.
